This bur, H379AGK, has been specially designed by Prof Radlanski in cooperation with Brasseler company, for the task of removing adhesive from the lingual and palatal side of the teeth. It has an egg-shaped contour, suitable for palatal reduction of adhesive in the lingual technique. Used at High speed, the instrument removes the soft adhesive quickly, while due to the special design the hard enamel will not be damaged. At low contact pressure, the instrument operates vibration-reduced and produces smooth surfaces with minimal heat generation. |

For the lingual surfaces of the premolars and molars, it is recommended to use the labial burs. The H22AGK, which has a safety chamfer at the head end to eliminate formation of grooves, and the tip of its working part has no blades, to avoid the risk of damaging the gingiva. The long version is H22ALGK, suitable for longer crowns. |
